We will come to your home or business to pick up and deliver your monitor, printer or laptop, free of charge -- and all repairs are done at the component level to save you money.

We offer a $50 flat rate for diagnosing a problem on any laser printer, monitor or laptop.  All our repairs have a 120-day warranty, covering installed components and labour.  Please note that rates are subject to change in case of multiple problems.

monitorREPAIR™ covers the repair of the unit including most parts.  Exceptions are: high-voltage fly-back transformer, backlight voltage inverter, CRT or LCD display, and micro-controller board.  If there will be extra charges, customers will be notified before repairs begin. If the monitor is not worth fixing, we can replace it at a reasonable price.

printerREPAIR™: soma also has wholesale prices on new replacement printers, and guaranteed lowest prices on ink ribbons and cartridges.  The current labour rate for most printers is $95.00/hr.  If your printer has an external power supply, you must provide the power supply with the printer before it’s picked up.
